Complete roof replacement
Wayne and his team did a complete roof replacement for me in South Croydon and they completed a couple of days ago. I chose them because I had seen with my own eyes the roof they replaced at a neighbour’s house just a few doors down. I saw with my own eyes what an amazing job they did and noted their name at the time. From the moment I called him, the service they provided was full on. Always replied to any of my queries and they were brilliant to have here at the property. Very friendly and…. the roof! What can I say? Epic is the word I would use and I said that to Wayne on more than one occasion while they were here. It looks perfect and I’m so happy. A couple of extra bonuses you get when you employ Wayne is that they top up the insulation in your roof space to the new legal requirments and they also organise the buildings regulation certificate for you. I recieved that the day they completed, so I can put it in with any other documents I will need if I ever decide to sell. In addition, they are innovators and they actively employ new techniques to make your roof look better and last longer. For example, they did a trick with extra batons to make sure that the tiles don’t start to sag with time. Can’t recommend them enough. Get on the blower ASAP because they are in huge demand. We used ACME Roofing to install new roofing membrane and tiles. Wayne was great at explaining everything to us and was very patient with my questions. They spotted and rectified some issues with fascias we had fitted by a different company. Wayne and his team completed the works to schedule and on time despite bad weather. Roof Inspected
Wayne popped round to inspect my roof as I had concerns over it, including a potential leak. He was a very nice man and was very honest about the condition. He said there was no obvious signs of damage, and told me how to inspect it in the future when heavy rainfall occurs in order to investigate further. A very honest opinion received. I would highly recommend for a quote/opinion and will use again should I experience problems in the future.

Checking roof
I thought my roof might have been damaged in storms and that two tiles had come loose. Wayne looked at the roof from the outside and from within the loft. Wayne advised the roof was more likely damaged when the satellite dish was installed. He advised the roof was fine with no evidence of recent leaks. He didn’t look for a repair for the sake of some business. He provided honest advice with some extra tips on loft insulation. He went out of his way to look at my roof, was really polite and courteous. No works were required but I will use Wayne if I do get a problem with my roof.
